Applied latest update in hope it would fix this problem. Also since neither VS Code or Atom works, both giving a GPU related error, I suspect from electron AND Nvidia was updated as well. However problem still exists.
I even created a test user to see if perhaps a config problem somewhere in my account. But problem still exists in new account.
