Electronic project kit arrived also

When I opened the box I saw the battery holder and thought they forgot the main piece. I thought I’m going to have to contact Amazon. Then I looked at the label and it said Kit. So I opened the bag to find out that the main part is smaller than the battery holder and …

32GB microSD arrived

Put raspian 32 bit on it. But apparently my Pi is dead. Probably died same time I had to replace my PC power supply many months ago. So I need a new Pi…I thought! No I don’t. Boots with old 8GB microSD. I was having hardware problems almost a year ago I wrote about it …

YouTube not loading in Firefox this morning

Just YouTube, other pages are loading fine. Also YouTube loads fine in Brave. What’s up with Firefox lately? Tried to load in a new tab…same thing. Restart Firefox and YouTube loaded the page. Clearly this was a FireFox and not YouTube problem.

Change RSTS/E games disk mounts

Changed the Games startup to mount the system disk on on rl0. Then I can mount the games pack on rl1. It was reversed for some reason. Seems more logical to me for the system disk to be on 0. After I did that and tried to mount the games disk on rl1, I got… …

Raspberry Pi B+

I posted a question on the PiDP-11 group inquiring if my old 2014 Pi would work. Seems the biggest issue other than it will probably be slow, was does it have 40 pins…it does. However one guy said he’s using my exact model and has 8 users using BASIC-PLUS, and it’s not under powered at …

Found my Master the Mainframe Python program

I briefly talked about it here. I thought I didn’t save this program. It wasn’t in my Python 3 directory. But I found a testing version in MyStuff/MTM. But the final version was in my Documents/MTM directory. I moved it to Python3/MTM directory. It created a 435 line REXX, 2 dimensional table that I didn’t …
