Rebuild Open simh with networkink support
There was no networking support in my Open simh, build. That’s what it reported when I tried to rebuild it. Luckily it gave me the apt-get commands needed to add it. RSX11M Plus was expecting it. Obviously I didn’t need networking support in my RSTS/E boots before.
