Website down!

Went to add a new post into WordPress and got “Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.”. So I reported it as such to support. Later found that the PHP problem affected the rest of my site too.

It must have been a big problem on their end. Because I never got any response to my complaint. I didn’t even get the usual “Thank you for contacting us. This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject so that we can track your replies.” shortly after the initial complaint. It did make it to their database…3 hrs after (perhaps a timezone thing) my email. Because I was assigned Ticket Id #BWC-611-16904. And 3hrs after that I was told “Please check your website now. It should work.”…and it did.
