Reading markdown files some manipulating then writing changes to new directory. Trying to move some bytes to output file but getting indexing problem evidently because Julia has problems with special characters. Want to file bug report but after searching for similar problem seen some references to Unicode and UTF-8, so trying to figure out how to report so it won’t be classified as a Unicode and/or UTF-8 problem (dup) and closed. Because this has nothing to do with output. I’m simply trying to move some bytes.
