Why does Amazon ask you, a customer question about one of there products. And they allow people to respond “I don’t know”? What’s worse is people do it. They don’t have anything better to do with their time? How is that useful? If you don’t know, then…just don’t respond!
For example, someone asked if a printer was compatible with Linux and someone else responded “I don’t know anything about the Linux operating system”. Perhaps the person thought they had a personal relationship with Amazon, and was only asking them.
