I knew it as Adventure but apparently it was called Colossal Cave Adventure.
I had a friend (yes I had a few in my life) who showed me this game on a PDP at Anthony Abraham Chevrolet in Miami. Late 1970s maybe?
I never really had access to it however I played it maybe a few minutes. But I knew it was a thing back then. However it didn’t have the impact that Star Trek had on me.
It’s included on my previously downloaded games pack. However I also found interesting info here.
I found this page from Computerworld (4/25/83) on Google here Page 136. Apparently Anthony Abraham was selling Timesharing on the PDP. RMS-11 stands for Record Management Services. Here is the manual. Below is the ad from that page.
I learned that Anthony Abraham died in 2011 at 100 years old.
