Made a change now Mint boots in ~40sec instead of 2min.

Even though I didn’t specifically see anything in the dmesg that pointed to the UUID problem, I still suspected it was related because it feels similar. So I went looking and found the swap file defined in Mints /etc/fstab had a wrong UUID. Probably because when I recently reinstalled Tumbleweed I formatted swap. So I corrected the UUID for swap in the fstab, which resulted in the big decrease in startup time.
