Talked about this before…here. So very similar here. This is a Lazarus project, probably a Simple Program, as defined by Lazarus. Except didn’t copy & paste, because the source (from 2007) was already a .pp file. Compiling with Lazarus created a 431.3kb executable. Compiling with Free Pascal created a 191.1kb executable .
Stripping the FPC executable, didn’t change it t all. However UPXing it reduced it to 68.7kb.
They all produced the same result.
