Was watching Chris Titus talking about Floorp, a Firefox based browser with privacy features. Really stupid name! Very interested in this because my preferred browser is Firefox. I started to make a comment about how I preferred Firefox, because Chrome shrinks tabs down too small if you have many open…and I do. Then my tiny little brain thought “I wonder if Chrome has a way to NOT make the tabs shrink so small…and apparently they do. It’s listed as experimental. Why did I never consider this as a possibility? This has been a major reason I have resisted Chrome based browsers…for years.
It still doesn’t make me want to use Google Chrome. But it makes me consider Chrome based browsers like Brave and Vivaldi more.
He also mentioned that Thorium has removed all the sketchy stuff from it’s code base.
