Was glad to watch this video. As you can see, one of the bullet point, points out that “The sim is almost always harder”. He then goes on to specifically talk about trimming. Thank you… so its not just me. This is why I almost always fly using Heading and Vertical Speed in autopilot. I occasionally switch autopilot off at a higher altitude, or when attempting to land.

That is the exact Joystick I have. He points out, if you don’t enjoy using it, you’re probably not going to use it that much.
