Canceled AT&T Uverse Internet, spoke with Josselyn. She was polite. She said I’d receive an email, I assumed my bellsouth.net email would be canceled, but she said no as long as it’s active.
I told her a AT&T Territorial manager stopped by a few weeks ago and told me I should be paying $55/month instead of the $70/mo they’ve been charging me. She said she could offer me the same deal. So they’ve been overcharging me $15/month for 14 months. Didn’t say anything about refunding me the extra $210.
I’ve been a Bellsouth/AT&T customer for 30+ years. My dad worked for BellSouth and retired from AT&T. It’s a little sad. But then I’m saving $20 a month, so I’ll get over it.
