I was looking, with interest, at this old topic again
Found this interesting, about Opening Obama’s birth certificate in Adobe Illustrator.
He says…
I have no idea whether this is evidence of tampering, but it certainly looks different than other scanned PDFs in my possession.
So I downloaded Obama’s long form birth certificate here.
I tried to open it, in Linux, with Inkscape and Scribus but it just opened it as a flat document… no layers.
However, as you can see below I was able to open this…
with this online tool… which did open the PDF in layers.
And completely move the background, image to the right. There are at least 9 layers on the right.
Why would a birth certificate be in layers? To be edited? I can’t say, but it looks fishy.
