Julia much faster!

Well I finally got around to timing My Julia rewrite of a Python program (see 11/13/2017). Wow...from noticabably slower 6 months (** see my comments 9/18/2018 **) ago to much faster 19 min vs 1hr 15min.

So what did I do with these million records?

Reran my GnuCOBOL sort to report program See 3/14.

Sort one million records by State and city print totals at a state control break in less than 3 seconds.
